Johnathan is a Registered Psychologist who has been providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups in both clinical and private settings since 2014. He is foremost a client-centered therapist who uses cognitive behavioural therapy to support others dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and sex related issues. He has additional training in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and integrates evidence-based applications of mindfulness.

Individual therapy, couple’s counselling, and psychometric assessments are delivered according to recent evidence-based research. Johnathan is committed to a lifelong study of psychology, continuous learning, and refining his skills with up-to-date research findings and methods.
Individual sessions are 50-minute appointments either online or in person. You can expect a clear and comfortable experience with any concern you wish to bring into therapy.
